# ClearTech Ltd > ClearTech Ltd is a New Zealand network and systems consultancy. It provides senior network and systems engineering for operators, enterprises and the teams who run them: it designs networks and systems, builds them, runs them, or teaches your people to. Every engagement is led by an engineer who has run production networks and carried the pager for them, with no account managers between the client and the person doing the work. Based in New Zealand and working with clients anywhere ("anywhere there is a console port"), on-site or remote. ## Services - **Network engineering**: routing, switching and security in the real world: BGP and EVPN fabrics, MPLS and segment routing, SD-WAN, firewalls and the change windows that go with them. Design, build, migrate, troubleshoot. - **Network architecture**: reference designs, addressing and segmentation plans, capacity models and the roadmap from where you are to where the business is going. High-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), standards and reviews. - **Systems design and integration**: the systems around the network: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, authentication, monitoring, automation and the glue between vendor platforms that never quite fit. NetBox, Ansible, APIs, observability. - **NOC management**: standing up or straightening out a network operations centre: tooling, runbooks, escalation paths, on-call rotas and the metrics that tell you it is working. 24/7 operations, incident, change and reporting. - **Fractional CTO**: part-time technical leadership for companies that need the judgement without the headcount: strategy, vendor selection, budgets, hiring and board-level translation. Retained, 1–2 days a week. - **Training**: hands-on courses in all of the above, taught by people who do the work. Lab-based, tailored to the client's equipment, pitched at the engineers they actually have. On-site or remote. ## Ways to engage - **Fixed-scope projects**: a defined outcome, a written design, a price. Migrations, new sites, fabric builds, NOC stand-ups. Finished with handover documentation the client's team can run from. - **Retained engineering**: a block of senior hours each month for reviews, escalations and the work that never makes it onto a project plan. Same engineer every time. - **Leadership and training**: fractional CTO days, architecture reviews and courses that leave the client's people more capable than they were. ## Contact - [Contact ClearTech](https://cleartech.nz/#contact): send a short note about your network, systems or team. ClearTech replies within one working day, usually with questions. - Useful to include: what you run today (vendors, rough site and user counts), what is changing or hurting, whether you want it designed, built, run or taught, and any dates that matter. ## Pages - [Home](https://cleartech.nz/): services, engagement models and contact details.
